Pricing:
This will depend on the size of the painting or drawing, what medium I use (oil paint, pastel, watercolour, coloured pencils…) and on the subject. Once this is decided, I will include the shipping fees.
I work from photographs that you can send by email. They have to be of the best quality as possible. I can use multiple photographs as reference for just one painting or drawing, if necessary.
I will let you know roughly when the art work will be completed. If you need it to be done by a certain date, please let me know so I can organize myself as I tend to be working on multiple pieces at the same time.
Payment:
After you accept the quote, I will ask for half the payment as a non-refundable deposit. The other half will be due upon completion. The commission will be shipped after I have received full payment. I accept payments by Paypal or by bank transfer.
During the process, I will send you photos to update you on how your art work is going. If at any point you want something changed, do not hesitate to let me know. I want you to be happy with your commissioned
piece.
Once the art work is completed, I will send you a good quality photo for review. Each piece is signed and dated on the front and back.
Shipping:
Oil paintings will have to be completely dry before shipping, this could take around 1 week after completion. All drawings will be sprayed with a fixative.
Paintings that are bigger than 100 x 100cm will be removed from the wooden frame and sent in a rolled tube. As well as all drawings.
Your painting or drawing will be professionally packaged with great care and insured when shipped. I will provide you with a tracking number.
If at any point during the process, you have any doubts or enquiries, please feel free to contact me. All artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
I hope you like your commissioned art work!
